I just went to my first Colombian restaurant. Reminded me of a cross between Mexican and Cuban more than other Central American cuisines.
Nice braised meats, sausages, Yuca, Plantains, and a trippy dessert called "milk skin".
Has anyone else tried it? Any experts out there with knowledge to share???
