Abbot's, in Noank - not just for thelobster, but for the fun of sitting on the dock and watching the yachts glide by.

Gotta go along with John on this one, Abbott's!
Of course it's the only one in CT I've been to, but I can't imagine there being a better combination of food, ambiance, and view.
