Automatic Renewal of Insider Account

This practice of automatic renewal via PayPal has left a bad taste in my mouth. The Roadfood.com website gives no information about cancelling it and no customer service option on their Contact Page. (Nevermind no phone number!) Paypal denies responsibility. And this has been going on for years-- trapped in Roadfood land. I used to love the Sterns and now I feel used.
