Tequila/Lime Beercan Chicken (more likely Ale-8-one can), tri-colored sweet corn roasted in the husk, smoked ham hock and bbq beans (made with the last of my last Buddy Roadhouse Southwest. I so regret not getting the chance to hook up with the man in Cincy), grill roasted parsley new red potatoes, cole slaw, Parker House rolls because she loves them so and some kind of pie a-la-mode. I've got some fresh catfish that I'll fry catfish fingers out of for everyone except Mama (hates it) but that means more chicken for her.

For my wife it will be shrimp in a cream sauce over pasta. Nice light salad and French bread to get the remains of the sauce. Dessert is me...ok strawberries w/ a light egg sauce. I'm no dessert..I'm a chore. But I can cook.

For my mother-in-law, Elk arm roast cooked with cider, onions, raspberries (no one seems to have frozen cranberries, darn shame), and whatever else Spouse The Super Cook throws in for flavor, with small new potatoes fried in lard for the side. At least, that's what we're having tonight. Tomorrow we will probably go out and hit El Paragua's and stuff ourselves with enchiladas, carnitas, and sopaipillas.

I sent the ingredients from Yankee Lobster.......crab meat, scallops, shrimp and lobster meat. She'll make something good out of all that and avoid the restaurants!
