I got an idea while making scrambled eggs this morning for breakfast. I already added some cheese and found bag of Doritos corn chips around (habenero flavor) so I crumpled up a few chips and dumped them right into the eggs and cheese. Wow was that delicious. I think the Mexicans (or at least the New Mexicans) call this "migas" when they add corn chips on top oof eggs. But I liked that it was IN the eggs and also the habenero flavor eliminated salt, pepper, etc and was great.
Anyone else ever try chips on (in) eggs?
