one of the best sandwiches I saw...

and tried to recreate was in the movie "Spanglish". There's a scene where what's-his-face, the main character, is making what appears to be a BLT with a fried over easy egg. It looks SOOO good!! I've tried making it a couple of times but it just never looks the same! I used sliced sourdough, provolone, mayo, bacon and fried an egg. I buttered and toasted the bread on the stove...it was still pretty good but somehow in the movie it was just so mouthwatering. mmmmm
