COWS ice cream from Prince Edward Island

I recently was in Prince Edward Island in the Maritime Providences. Beautiful island and it seems that potatoes and the dairy business is one of the main sources of income. I made a stop at the Confederation Bridge and they have a beautiful shopping area called the Gateway Village. Very new with a beautiful view of the bridge which is close to 12 kilometers long and connects PEI to NB. One of the neat shops there was COWS ice cream. High fat content. I got grape which is unusual for me as I always prefer vanilla. Real good and reminded me of when I use to mix Nehi grape over a nickle cup of ice cream back when I carried papers on my bike around 1950. I had to mix it with a wooden spoon that was provided. COWS had a huge variety of ice cream and they did a huge business in their T shirts. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN
