Thank you for these fine write-ups and recommendations! On your tip, I drove from Birmingham to Huntsville today and tried Thai Garden for lunch and Viet Huong for dinner! Both delicious and worth every penny and the time spent getting there.

 thanks for the great reviews,cause you are making me hungery. I was unaware that there was any thai,vietnamese or indian in Huntsville.Rarely do I think of the south having such places. We have them around San Antonio,which isn't that far from Corpus Christi,and even closer to Port Lavaca.Many vietnamese here are fisherman and shrimpers out in the Gulf.
