What's your favorite Bobtail Ice Cream flavor?

I went to Chicago for a business trip and while I was there, I asked a friend to take me to one of the best places in town. He did not take me to a museum/park, etc...he took me to Bobtail Ice Cream. I ordered Signature Sunset, the house's specialty. It took my breath away. The taste is heavenly. I ate 10 scoops..hahaha. I tried some great flavors also but it was really the Signature Sunset that took me away. Anyway, what's your favorite Bobtail flavor?
