Seafood with fruit

I just had (made) a great lunch dish - I had some small cooked shrimp left over from dinner - added some lime juice and cracked black pepper and put it in a small green melon half. What a treat! I was thinking that there's lots of dishes that combine seafood (esp. shellfish)and fruits.
Any suggestions?
