Hmmmmm.........do I want the Blue Bunny Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate or the Bunny Tracks or the Butter Pecan....or....or? I don't even like ice cream but I got hooked on Blue Bunny a few years ago on a trip to the in-laws in Iowa.

Fig ice cream! Oh, that sounds so good! I'm guessing you start with fresh figs rather than the dried ones? I wish we in New England had access to the fresh ones. Eating them in Sonoma county in CA was a high-point of a trip there a few years back.

Ciaoman...I wish that I could send some fresh figs to you,but they are so perishable...I'll have to give you some of my homemade fig preserves sometime!
