Pizza in New Hampshire

Hello, I am originally from New Jersey and it is very hard to find good pizza-pizza similar to that which you would find in NY,NJ,PA. Thin crust, easy to fold, etc. Most of the pizza up here to me is thick and not very tasty. We have found a few places: Elvios in Lincoln/Conway Pizzeria Reginia in Burlington MA Both of those are an hours drive and we do make that drive quite often. We also frequent Checkmate in Concord. It is not as good as the above put pretty good. Any suggestions, I am in Concord NH and willing to drive far. Maine, Mass and Vermont suggestions as well would be appreciated. Thanks! Nicole

In Salem, NH I love Sal's Pizza, I live in Burlington, VT, and find American Flatbread to be the best in town. They refuse to call it pizza, but it is the best thin crust pizza you have ever eaten. Leonardo's, Marko's and Junior's are the best of the rest in the Burlington area. Enjoy! Mark

Mark Thanks-we will actually be going to Burlington in September and I am very curious to try the Amerian Flatbread. There are a lot of positive posts on this site about it.

you'd rather have a paper thin pizza, with watery sauce & not much cheese that tastes like thousands of other pizza joints than a unique new england pizza?

Um not really sure what you mean by "unique New England pizza". I have certainly had my share of "unique" pizzas up here and they were not good at all. I love paper thin pizza-with good sauce and cheese. A bonus would be slightly burnt pepperoni and oil dripping down when I fold it.
