Did someone say PANINI?

There is a deli in Waupaca Wisconsin that does panini's like no one else. I drive 5 hours just to get one of their Blue Chicken Panini's or Tenderloin Panini's. The place is Nine Pines Deli and Catering Company. I don't ever endorse food or am hardly ever impressed but I know ya'll appreciate good food. You just have to go there and taste one on these. I found they have a website, maybe they can even send you one. You'll thank me....over and over, It probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. Ask them for their blue cheese potato salad to go with it. It's better than sex. TELL THEM RENEE SENT YOU.

Well Renee, sounds like you are SOLD on those panini!! My fav. panini is the classic.....prosciutto, tomato, fresh basil leaves and provolone cheese on bread drizzled with olive oil.

It really was great, but I gotta learn to make those at home. With the price of gas, I think that Sandwich was like $150.00
