5c smoked mullet(fish)
**1 pkg "Good Seasons" Italian Dressing Mix
1c mayo
1c buttermilk
cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients throughly and chill for 1 hour. Stir, serve with your favorite crackers.
** I've made this several times and find that if I pack the fish loosely in the measuring cup, the entire envelope of Good Season's is a bit much, tightly packed, much better. Of course it's just a matter of taste.
I hope some of you try this, I haven't found anyone yet that didn't just love it.
