Long John Silver's BATTER recipe

I've been on this mission to find the best fried fish batter. I finally got my hands on the ingredients to Long John Silvers batter.
Can you help me figure this out?
Listed in order:
WHEAT FLOUR
CORN STARCH
YELLOW CORN FLOUR
SALT
MSG
SPICES (INCLUDING PAPRIKA)
BAKING SODA
GARLIC POWDER
NATURAL FLAVORING
I am thinking "spices" might include either/or:
mustard powder, onion powder, black pepper, and maybe dill or celery salt ????????
What about "natural flavoring" ???? could this be SUGAR ???
Anybody worked there before or know??
