Sausage Chicken gravy

The other night I roasted a Perdu oven stuffer, made a creamy pepper gravy, a lot of it, a good bit left over. The next morning, I chopped and fried up my favorite sausage, Broadbent's, mixed the 2 together, I'll tell you, the 2 flavors were incredible together. Best sausage gravy I ever had, not because I made it, anyone could.
