I've got to add again to this thread... Last weekend I found a modification of a jelly my mom has always made, that she has passed on to me, it's pomegranate jelly. This one I found was pomegranate pepper jelly. Made by Kimball's of Amesbury, Mass., it's FANTASTIC. Especially with wheat thins & cream cheese... of course! Tangy, spicy & sweet.

annpeeples, if you can't find it I can try to assist from here. My only hurdle will be that the place I bought it just closed for the season!
