    Pineapple Up-side-down Cake
    1. Melt butter (no substitute) to cover bottom of 9 X 13 baking pan
    2. Sprinkle a thick layer of brown sugar over the butter
    3. Arrange slices of pineapple over sugar. If you want to, center each slice with a maraschino cherry.
    4. Make a yellow cake from a good mix, using juice from pineapple for part of the liquid.
    5. Bake according to directions on package.
    6. Cover partly cooled cake with a plate and flip over so the cake comes out with the pineapple on top.

This is very easy and really good.

This is an unusual and delicious dessert, courtesy of Alton Brown:

ICE CREAM WITH SPICY PINEAPPLE SAUCE AND CINNIMON TORTILLAS
        1 can pineapple chunks
        1 habanero pepper, minced
4 fresh mint leaves, cut into chiffonade
        1 cup corn oil
2 large corn tortillas, cut into wedges
1 cup sugar and cinnamon mixture

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple chunks, habanero pepper, and mint leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool thoroughly and remove mint.
In a large saute pan, bring 1 cup of corn oil to 325 degrees F. Add wedges of corn tortillas and cook until golden brown on each side, approximately 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Liberally dust warm corn wedges with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Serve pineapple salsa over ice cream with the fried corn tortillas.

By the way, I wonder what you entered in the translation program that caused it return, "My English is support the underdog"?

          Tropical Oatmeal Cookies

          INGREDIENTS:
          1/2 cup shortening
          1/2 cup granulated sugar
          1/2 cup brown sugar
          1 egg
          1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
          1 1/2 cups rolled oats
          1 cup all-purpose flour
          1/2 teaspoon baking soda
          1/2 teaspoon salt
          1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
          1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
          1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream shortening and sugars together until light and fluffy.
          Beat in egg and pineapple.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes, or until cookies are done.
Makes about 3 dozen tropical oatmeal cookies.

I've made pineapple granita a few times; it's very good with a fresh pineapple.
            Here's a recipe from epicurious: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/234966

You can also add other flavors like mint or anise, for example.
