Large size breakfast sausage

Hi,
Wjen I was a kid in the 50's my mom got a large link breakfast sausage from the butcher,"down the block" Around here, I cam only find the anemic little lings,like the size of those God-awful frozen links. Any help? National brands,places to buy> I'm in central NJ,but I'll take any ideas.
