HI Does anyone have a arecipe for pizza fritas. I have been going to the local picnics and the pizza fritas just dont taste like they use to. I tried making my own out of PIZZA dough but the failed to rise and were very firm...

My mother-in-law grew up in eastern Pennsylvania. She always talked about making these. Is it a regional thing?

I take a large flour tortilla, spread pizza sauce onit with a brush. Throw on some pepperoni and cheese, wrap up like a burrito, bake for 6 - 8 minutes at 375 and eat. they're easy and great.
