Peanut brittle

Hello all, Does anyone know how to keep Peanut brittle and almond roca from getting sticky on humid days? Sometimes the weather messes with the batches we make. It sticks to you teeth and can pull out some fillings on some days. Thanks

Store it in the fridge in a covered container.

put some grains of rice in the bottom of your storage container then lay a piece of parchment or wax paper over it, then place your brittle in the container and store with a tightly sealed lid
