Wings in Pittsburgh

My wife and I have been searching pittsburgh for a decent wings. I have not ever found a place that really makes a good wing. Here is what I am looking for:
A whole wing - not a wing and a ding , a whole wing
Cooked properly - we like them fried and crispy
A Decent Sauce and used sparingly-
Served in a bar with a pitcher of Beer
Most importantly not a chain restaurant.
Help us please.
