I signed up for Insider through paypal last week, but I still don't have access to the insider?
My bank showed the payment cleared Monday. Is there a step I am missing?

The site does not recognize my PayPal payment for Insider. There is no phone number or admin email address. What gives with this? It is like a bad restaurant since it appears that the manager is away and there is no one to complain to.
