Thanks Ken! Some good info there. BBQ sauce goes on but what else?

Russ, I may not make the WSOP for family reasons. A new great zilla that needs extra care, weel see.

chauly we want to hear about you your business and what places and food you like. Involve yourself in the site and try to give as much back as you take out. This is a great site with alot of interresting people. Tons of experience and insight. A day doesnt go by that I dont get a good laugh. Learn something or get a little irritated by someone. Its a great mix. Welcome to the site and enjoy the ride. As to my comment to the guy who made his first post about a place that had nothing to do with the original topic. I guess it looked like an advertisement more than a post...Russ

As you can see its been 3 months and he never wrote again.

Look at me, not posting for waaaay more than three months! We've had a lot of concerns this summer with the state of the economy; business levels are down a bit, but not as much as we feared. That being said, our customer base keeps growing. Apparently we don't have a problem keeping a customer once they come in, so we must be doing something right... One of the challenges we face is to get people to try us in the first place. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may work for getting people in the door? Someone suggested an incentive card that a regular customer would pass out to new potential customers: once all of the cards came back in the window, the regular would get a free sandwich. (Each new customer would get a free drink or brownie.) Thoughts?
