Avocado...on everything!

The great thing about winter is that I get those great Chilean avocados in my supermarket that are in season in the Southern Hemisphere. When I lived in Chile, I learned to eat avocado with absolutely everything - and my favorite is to spread it on toast with some butter in the morning. I just had some today and it was soo good and it makes my skin and hair feel great. YUm.
