Old Fashioned Ice-Cream Parlors

Hi,
When I grew up here in New Jersey in the 50's,there were still lots of those art-decco ice cream parlors...the one's that smelled like vanilla and served the best ice cream in those metal stands and fake crystal plates. Are they long gone..or does anyone out there know where an old fashioned style ice cream parlor still exists??
