KCBS Judging Certification Class coming up

If you are in the New Holland, PA area or want to get to judge BBQ this summer for KCBS there is a class comming up in MArch. This is one of the greatest things I have ever done.

This is one of those things that once you do it you kick yourself for not doing it earlier. Great BBQ and great people and is usually somewhere that you can make a weekend out of it. WHy everyone who is a fan of BBQ would not want to do this....
