I was having a discussion with a friend of mine earlier this week, and we got on the topic of piggies in a blanket. She insists that traditionally the "blanket" is scrambled egg of some kind, whereas I always knew it as pancake or biscuit, something doughy. Haven't had the dish in years, but this is how it was prepared for me.

Who's right, or can it be both?
