Mojito Burger w/ chimmichuri mayo @the Dinosaur

Yeah, its me with the Dinosaur BBQ stories from Syracuse again! I got to thinking, to me burgers are burgers for the most part. I like my backyard grillers personally, and I don't usually order them out for that reason.

The Dino, however makes a burger that appears from time to time as a special. They mix their mojito marinade with the ground beef, grill it over an open flame topped with cheeze, red onions, and the chimmichuri mayo. I think they have a recipe for the mayo in their cookbook but they list parsley and I'm sure the restaurant uses cilantro. I order it anytime I see it, and make something like it at home with their bottled mojito sauce.
