Cheese Candy

There was a cheese candy on the market in the '70s---they were individually wrapped hard nuggets made of cheese. My co-workers think I'm crazy but I do remember these. I tried searching on this site but imagine how many listings come up under "cheese" and "candy."

I hear there's a chocolate "American Cheese" in Taiwan. Yan Yan, the popular Asian snack is a little cookie that you dip in a "frosting" that's also made from "cheese food" www.typetive.com/candyblog/item/yan_yan/ My mother used to make chocolate dipped cream cheese, it's pretty good. Last week at the Fancy Food Show I tried Blue Cheese Truffles from Lillie Belle Farms in Oregon.
