I love Jiffy Corn Muffins. So easy, so cheap, it's like Kraft Mac&Cheese, you know? I think the Jiffy item is really just a starting point for the imagination, you can do so much with them. This week, I bought a lot of blueberries, and made a dozen muffins. They were good. Soon, I'll be dumping a ton of roasted serranos into a batch. Then, some chipotles. I'll check out some Mexican cheeses for the muffins. What about gorgonzola and ****akes? Hmm...
But, looking at the box, they say they make pizza crust, this I have not seen, would like to try. Of course, I also want to try the old Chef Boyardee pizza kits, too. There was something about those...
