Sandwiches wrapped in wax paper

All sandwiches, of which my mother fixed about 3 kinds, were wrapped in wax paper and put in a brown paper bag which then marinated in my locker at school [Catholic], for 3 or so hours...damn that made them taste better! Just the noise of coming out of the bag and the unwrapping wax paper, increased the flavor x10, at least that's the way I remember it!
