Fried up some cut up kosher bologna, mixed in 3 eggs, scrambeled the concotion, put them on english muffins, really good, don't know why I haven't thought of it before. I'm thinking some melted cheese on top wouldn't hurt any!
There is rarely something that melted cheese doesn't hurt!  I wouldnt have thought to put them on the muffin, I will give this a shot

why do you relegate this fine culinary meat to the status of a common Pork Product. Next you are going to tell me it is the new Bacon
