Jamaican Beef Patty, Roti, Oxtail

When I worked in New Brunswick there was a really good Jamaican resturant named the Green Grotto, with take out patties next door in the Jamaican Delight. It was so good. Any other place to recommend in the NJ area? I would also be interested in any recommendations for making it at home, although I am intimidated.
