1 1/2 cups prepared yellow mustard 1/4 cup tomato paste 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine all of the ingredients. Stir and simmer for five minutes to dissolve the sugar.

Texas Tech BBQ Sauce This comes from a friend who worked at Texas Tech, he helped for many years at their annual steak feeds. This is the original recipe and does need reduced or you will have LOTS!!!!!!!!!!! 1 pint vinegar 1 quart veggie oil 16 oz seasoned salt 27 1/2 oz lemon juice 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cloves 45 oz prepared mustard 2 tsp allspice 3 bottles worcestershire sauce 2 tsp cayenne pepper Mix all ingredients together, use as you wish with BBQ'd meats I told you it makes a lot, and it is soooooooo good on smoked meats
