Macaroni and cheese sandwich

So, I was riding in a taxi tonight watching the news on a video screen (yes, recently the NYC Taxi Commission installed TV screens in some taxi cabs...) and there was a news features on the Watchung Deli in NJ that features sandwich "specials" made up by customers. Today they featured Ben's Special: "You start with hot chicken cutlets and barbecue sauce, which gets topped with bacon and cheddar. That's all melted together and stuffed into a roll, which then gets further stuffed with hot homemade macaroni and cheese." The picture looked mostly like a Mac n Cheese sandwich, which I sure thought was a hi carb treat!! Does anyone else make this? Or how about a Pasta Sandwich? (Weight Watchcers Special?/there is also a "comments" section on the weblink that accuses Watchung Deli of contributing to the obesity crisis..) http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=news/entertainment&id=5975327
