Chicken and fruit

I remember a simple recipe friend gave me: take a small chicken (or capon), pour over a can of apricots and bake. Yum.
I'm sure the Germans make chicken w/apples.
Today I passed an Asian retstaruant featuring Hawaiian Chicken (surely w/pineapples)
What other chicken/fruit combos do you recommend?
