Coleman's fish sandwich Sun, 03/2/08 6:29 PM (permalink)
I was so excited to see that Jane and Michael went to Coleman's Fish Market here in WV. I live two hours away from Wheeling, in Morgantown, but luckily my grandparents live in Wheeling. They (jane and Michael) were not kidding when they said this was the best fish sandwich ever. People around here swear by them, and it's not just "famous for being famous". Grease isn't even a factor, the fish is delicious, light and crunchy, and is served on regular Wonder bread. I can't stand fish sandwiches with tomato, lettuce, and a huge bun. What is up with the buns being five times too big on most fish sandwiches? To me, a big bun = bad fish.

Anyway, it is SERIOUSLY worth a two hour drive for this sandwich. Get the regular sandwich (with tartar, if you must).
