Question about marshmallows

Sometimes the strangest debates start at work.........
A co-worker was insisting that colored marshmallows are actually flavored...the green ones are mint, the blue ones are grape, etc.
I told her it's just food coloring. Who's right? (And do they even make colored marshmallows anymore? I haven't seen them for years).
