Corned Beef and Cabbage

It's St Patrick's day minus one. The corned beef is in the hot tub, no I mean the crock pot. Doing it as recommended by a post on Roadfood of a year ago. Thank you.
The guest are on their way.
The beer is as cold as I can get it.
Although corned beef is not Irish is will do just fine today.
