Delaware Punch Replica?

Has anyone tried Pennsylvania Punch? I read that it’s an accurate replica of the (now unavailable) Delaware Punch. I read about it here: http://www.metnews.com/articles/2006/reminiscing050406.htm While on the subject, how about “Portland Punch”? Is that the same? They sell syrup in gallon containers at the Cash &Carry store in Seattle.
