help me please with "Insider"

I have been trying most of today to subscribe to Roadfood Insider, but I cannot get past Pay Pal...it either does not make the ability to purchase available or it freezes up. I have tried it on my Blackberry & now that I am home, I have tried it on my desktop computer. I have had difficulty with this service before & would really rahter not use it... Thanks for you help.
