How to cook deep fried bacon wrapped scallops??

Can anyone tell me how to cook bacon wrapped scallops that are deep fried. I had some Digby Scallops that were prepared this way in Digby, Nova Scotia last summer and am craving them so much. They were fantastic. What's the difference between sea and bay scallops. I'm not sure what the Digby ones are. They were so sweet.
