I've tried it...surprisingly, it's better than you might think. At first, I was worried that it would be like a "poor man's bloody mary;" however, it's actually relatively light, with just hints of basil, tomato, and garlic in the finish. Not surprisingly, it's pretty good with pizza.

Well I tried it. It actually was pretty good. It reminded me very much of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale with just a hint of a floral note.

This is a suburban chicago guy's creation. It's been on tap at Walter Payton's Roundhouse in Aurora IL for a couple of years. I've heard it really does taste like pizza. I prefer the two one at a time.
