Milwaukee Burger at 157 Water from the 80's?

Does anyone remember a place back in the 80's at 157 Water in Milwaukee that had a great burger? I can't remember the name though the tall skinny building is there; you walked up about four steps to the front door and the bar was on the right after entering with booths on the left.
