Clem's BBQ - Port Matilda, PA - Restaurant of the Day - April 27, 2008...........WOW, that BBQ looks fantastic, nothing dry about that big boy, I love a good saucy pulled BBQ although being from WV I might be tempted to put some slaw on the bun also - good habits are hard to break

I was going to post just the opposite. I like just a bit of sauce, unless the meat is dry. I second the slaw.

That's just my preference - a big old juicy, sweet, saucy pulled BBQ..........got to have fine shredded cole slaw, none of that chunky store bought crap.
