Green River.....non carbonated?

When I was a kid, there was a place that served this delicious green nectar but without the carbonation.
But now in stores & bottles, it's only available carbonated. Does anyone know if non-carb is a fountain-type variation only?

I love Green River soda, but can rarely find it these days, altho I know it is still sold in some places. But in the 60 years plus that I've been a fan, I have never had or seen it non-carbonated (except when the bottle goes flat, of course.) Parenthetically, I bought a container of their Green River syrup (from an ice cream place) and often make Green River malts and milkshakes with it. Very good.
