I had a green tea ice cream sandwich at this place in NYC called the Chow Bar this past weekend and they were amazing. It was green tea ice cream between two ginger snaps and topped with fruit. I couldn't believe how delicious these were. More places need to have the green tea ice cream and if you are ever in NYC definitely check this place out for these green tea sandwiches

It is a delicious flavor. I always order it at Benihana Restaurant.

I have enjoyed Green Tea IC, but it seems a bit "chalky". Now there's also Red Bean IC, I haven't had the nerve for that.

I first had green tea ice cream at a Japanese restaurant in Hawaii, and loved it. Haagen-Dazs has produced a "limited edition" green tea ice cream that is very good.

I have had red bean soup before, but haven't had the pleasure of the ice cream. It is supposed to be delicious though. I know the soup is Rumaki does Haagen still make the green tea ice cream or did they stop it already?
