drove past a Gimaldi's opening soon sign in Allen, TX a couple of days ago. SW corner of Bethany and 75. That will be their second DFW location...thier first one in Addison opened a couple of years ago.

We visited the Grimaldi's in Old Town Scottsdale and, while very good, we thought it to be over-priced. They opened recently in West Village in Dallas to a decent review from the excellent food critic of the Dallas Morning News: http://www.guidelive.com/portal/page?_pageid=33,97400&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL&item_id=62141 Their newest DFW store will be opening soon in Allen which will only be a few miles from us here in McKinney. We are looking forward to a visit after it shakes down a bit. PlanoJim gives the address above. BTW, there is no Grimaldi's in Addison. The best pizza we have had so far in our three years here is Olivella's in University Park. It is truly excellent and worth every penny of their "premium pizza" price-point! www.olivellas.com
