Steak...the kids still like hotdogs(shickhaus!!)and hamburgers...baby back ribs for more special occasions!

Well what is the secret?...Russ Brining and marinating help tremendously, although my personal secret is to not buy them in the first place and grill legs and thighs instead.  I couldn't possibly name a favorite; there are just too many things I like to cook with fire. Lately I've been making a lot of broccoli (sometimes plain w/salt & oil, sometimes with things like mushrooms, shrimp, etc.) in my grill basket and it comes out miles ahead of steamed. Brad

Flank steak and peppers. Of course, my favorite things to cook on a grill are rib roasts, pork roasts and racks of lamb.
